MASwings today officially opened its new office in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Indonesia, which will function as ticketing and sales office, administrative centre, and provide airport operations.
According to MASwings Vice President Corporate Services and Communications, Dato’ Syed Abdillah Syed Abd Aziz, “With this new MASwings office located at Balikpapan International Airport, we hope to further build our brand presence in Balikpapan and the surrounding areas. Its location is also convenient for our guests to book and fly.”
The new office is located at LF/E-03A Terminal B, Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan.
The ticketing office will operate daily, including public holidays, from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Such convenience, all week long, will provide an almost uninterrupted service to the travelling public.
In addition to issuing flight tickets for MASwings, the ticketing office will also be able to issue tickets for Malaysia Airlines.
The opening ceremony of the new office was officiated by the Head of Dinas Pariwisata, Saiful Bahri. Also present at the ceremony were MASwings’ Vice President Corporate Services and Communications, Dato’ Syed Abdillah Syed Abd Aziz, business partners and other local dignitaries.
